- Experience in running large Teamcenter setup, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of Teamcenter on Linux platform
- Proficiency in setting up Teamcenter for high availability and failover through clustering and load balancing techniques
- Strong scripting skills in Unix and automation languages such as Ansible for managing Teamcenter environment
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, specifically AWS, for hosting and deploying Teamcenter
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with the latest version of Teamcenter, including proficiency in handling Deployment Center
- Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps practices for implementing continuous integration and deployment pipelines for Teamcenter
- Ability to monitor and analyze the performance of Teamcenter applications
- Familiarity with backup and recovery strategies for Teamcenter, including knowledge of disaster recovery methodologies
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with database administration, specifically Oracle or MS SQL Server
- Understanding of networking concepts and protocols
- Experience with performance tuning and optimization of Teamcenter
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V
- Familiarity with processes standardization and management principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, as the role will involve working with cross-functional teams and end-users
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) concepts and best practices
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies for software development
