We are looking for an experienced Administrative Operations Executive to join our team. The role requires a proactive and organized individual who can efficiently handle various administrative duties, ensuring smooth and effective office operations. Initially, the selected candidate will join as a Trainee and, upon demonstrating excellent performance, will be promoted to Assistant Director after one year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Coordinate for travel arrangements.
- Maintain and update company databases and records.
- Handle correspondence, prepare reports, and create presentations.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in planning and organizing the company s programs, events and activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Proven experience (2-4 years) in an administrative or operations role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Experience with office management software and tools is a plus.
