  1. Remote Administrative Officer for Dynamic International Directors

Join our team of innovative international directors as we push boundaries and break barriers! We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Personal Assistant to help us navigate the challenges of global leadership. Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Efficiently schedule, reschedule, and juggle appointments across various time zones.
  • Email Triage: Prioritise, filter, and respond to emails as needed, ensuring nothing important is overlooked.
  • Meeting Preparation: Organise relevant documents, set up video conferences, and ensure all participants are prepped and ready.
  • Document Management: Prepare, store, and retrieve business documents as required.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between the directors and stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication.
  • Ad-hoc Tasks: Carry out research, data entry, or any other administrative tasks the directors might require. Dealing with Property Management Tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Admin or in a similar role.
  • Tech-savvy: Proficient in MS Office, HubSpot etc and comfortable learning new software as needed.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Multitasking Pro: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with competing priorities.
  • Time Management: Master of clocks and calendars.
  • Problem Solver: Quick thinker with a knack for resolving issues swiftly and efficiently.
  • Cultural Awareness: Understanding or experience working with international teams is a huge plus.
