The Office Communication Specialist will be responsible for overseeing all forms of office communication, including email, WhatsApp, and client interactions. This role involves broadcasting product messages, responding to client inquiries, and ensuring effective communication across various channels.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and respond to incoming emails promptly, ensuring that all communications are clear, professional, and accurate.

WhatsApp Communication:
Manage and respond to WhatsApp messages, facilitating quick and efficient communication with clients and team members.

Client Interaction:
Engage with clients to address inquiries, provide updates, and resolve any issues, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Product Messaging:
Develop and broadcast product messages and promotional content to clients and prospects, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies.

Internal Communication:
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and effective communication within the office, including distributing important updates and information.

Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of communications and interactions, ensuring data is organized and easily accessible.

Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
