Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for company executives and staff.
- Maintain and update company databases and filing systems.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails to appropriate parties.
- Perform other administrative duties as required.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- 1-6 years of experience in administrative support roles.
