Job Overview

We are hiring an Administrative Executive to join our team at Blitz Academy. As an Administrative Executive, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks and supporting the smooth running of the office. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, and requires 0 to 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Qualifications And Skills

  • 0-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience in account management and customer service.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
  • Knowledge of office equipment maintenance and facilities operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, filing, and organizing documents.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Assist in preparations for meetings, including producing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Handle phone calls and inquiries, redirecting them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Greet visitors, provide the necessary information, and direct them to the respective individuals or departments.
  • Actively support in Business Development by attending online and offline inquiries.
  • Assist in managing relationships with clients, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Assist in managing office equipment, ensuring they are in working order and arranging for repairs when necessary.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the office by implementing and improving administrative systems and procedures.

Salary - Rs.12,000 to Rs.18,000 per month

Work Timings: 9am to 5.30pm

Monday to Saturday (Sunday Fixed off)
