Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Atarra for an Administrative Clerk. The Administrative Clerk will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, such as maintaining records, organizing files, scheduling appointments, and assisting with general office duties. The Administrative Clerk will also provide support to the team by handling correspondence, preparing reports, and coordinating meetings.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in office administration or a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and basic accounting principles
