Minimum qualifications:
- 2 years of experience experience in a high-tech or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc).
Preferred qualifications:
- 3 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment.
- Experience working and communicating with a global team primarily based in the US.
- Experience in using technology and the Internet to improve work efficiency, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies.
- Experience managing small-medium scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution.
- Ability to interact and collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions.
