Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk and reception area.
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and coordinate with housekeeping staff.
  • Answer and direct customer calls efficiently.
  • Schedule interviews, meetings, and manage office calendars.
  • Provide general administrative support and assist with office tasks as needed.
  • Monitor and assist with Online Reputation Management (ORM) as required.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in an administrative or reception role.
  • Proactive, well-organized, and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with ORM is a plus.
