Job Description

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Salary Range: 3,00,000 - 5,00,000 per annum

Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will primarily manage student communication, handle couriers, oversee office administration, and coordinate meetings. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Student Communication: Manage all communications with students, including answering inquiries, providing information on courses, and ensuring timely responses.
  • Courier Management: Oversee the receipt and dispatch of couriers, ensuring proper documentation and timely delivery.
  • Office Administration: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, maintaining office supplies, and ensuring a tidy and organized workspace.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule and set up meetings, including arranging venues, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of student interactions, office inventory, and other administrative activities.
  • Support Tasks: Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, providing support to various departments within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office assistant role.
  • Skills:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach.
