Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Administrative Assistant Female to expand our business-to-business (B2B) sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, and closing sales deals.
Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect potential B2B clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target companies.
Understand client needs and requirements and tailor product or service offerings to meet their specific business goals.
Present product demonstrations or sales pitches to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and value propositions.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales deals and achieve revenue targets.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline using CRM software.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a focus on driving results and exceeding targets.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is preferred.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
