Role Description
Job Purpose
Responsible for all the Admin Activities at Colour Academy.

Key Performance Indicators
Main Responsibilities
Other responsibilities:
Maintaining Material Register with all the relevant details (Inward/Outward)
Tracking the material Consumption at a batch level
Physical Verification of the material on Monthly basis & take corrective actions in case of any variation
Collection & Expense Accounting-
Keeping Track of all the Collection & expenses with relevant supporting.
Asset Verification - Maintaining the register to record all the assets present in the Colour Academy
Statutory Compliance - Complying to all the statutory norms by maintaining/displaying all the relevant documents in Colour Academy by taking a support from RCE/Commercial team
Maintaining the attendance register at Colour Academy
Training Master -Updating all the records related to training at Call centre on regular basis
Coordination with Local Sales team for coordination on Training Schedule data
Ensuring regular vendor payment and petty cash management
Regular calling and follow ups with contractors/participants for communicating the training schedule
MIS Reports -Sharing the Training data with all the other expense details to Brand Manager on monthly basis
Scope of Work
- Financial Scope (Range of financial spend):
- The role requires handling of petty cash and vendor payment.
- People Management Scope (Range of no. of Direct/ Indirect Reports):
- Admin will be working in sync with training Associate and Marketing Associate, reporting to Technical Officer
- There will be regular interaction with participants, face to face as well as telephonically
- Geography Coverage (Country-wide/ State-wide / Area-wide)
- City specific (Wherever there is a fixed colour academy)
- Corporate Coverage (Company-wide / Business Unit or Function-wide / Sub-function-wide / Other):

Qualifications
Role Requirements / Specifications
- Essential Graduate in any discipline - 50% or above through full time, regular day course
- Freshers can be considered
- Engineers will not be considered
- Applicants should be Indian Citizens or hold relevant residence status
- Desired
- Age - Less than 25 years
- 50% and above for SSC and HSC
Previous Experience
- Essential
- Desired
- Admin related role for 6 months to 1 year at least
