The Administrative Assistant II supports the Plant Operations department, and is responsible for scheduling, inventory, ordering supplies, and reporting. They also assist in receiving calls from residents and employees requesting maintenance work to be done in the community.

Full-Time: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
Wage: $23- $24/hr based on experience.
Our ideal candidate will be reliable and follow procedures and duties assigned by a supervisor.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in and administrative position.
- Strong computer and phone skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively.
- Legally Authorized to work in the United States
