Job Description

MSI is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant (Payroll) for our office in Mangalore, India

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily departmental operations
  • Maintain physical and electronic records
  • Support team projects and tasks

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience in payroll processing and administration.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll software and systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field is preferred.
