Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily departmental operations
- Maintain physical and electronic records
- Support team projects and tasks
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Demonstrated experience in payroll processing and administration.
- Strong knowledge of payroll software and systems.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field is preferred.
