- Reporting to the Americas Finance Analyst and this role will be responsible for the creation, submission and problem-solving of business expenses using SAP Concur on behalf of the Americas business.
- The Concur Specialist will partner with the business to ensure Concur expenses are completed in line with Linesight s expense policy and in a timely manner.
- Process monthly expenses in SAP Concur on behalf of corporate credit card holders in the Americas business by creating and submitting expense claims
- Ensure expenses are submitted by monthly deadlines on behalf of corporate credit card holders.
- Provide a weekly update to Finance Director/Finance Analyst on progress of Concur processing.
- Communicate with Finance Director/Finance Analyst when issues arise.
- Reach out to corporate credit card holders when receipts are missing or inadequate support documents are submitted.
We would love to hear from you if you:
- Having 1-3 years experience in T&E, Accounting, or Finance preferred.
- 1+ years experience using SAP Concur, intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and proficient use of applicable technology (Microsoft Office suite).
- Ability to work independently and to be an effective team member.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with highly organised with structured record keeping skills
- Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing
