Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Administrative Assistant in Australia Mortgage. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, handling phone calls with professionalism, effective communication, executive administrative assistance, and clerical skills.

Qualifications

  • Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Effective phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Clerical Skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior experience in the mortgage industry is a plus
  • Strong English communication recommended.
