Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Kurseong. As an Administrative Clerk at Hotel Bayul, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, such as managing and organizing files, answering phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments and meetings, and providing general administrative support to the team. You will also assist in maintaining office supplies and ensuring the office operates smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
