Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Administrative Assistant at Ajmani Distributors located in Pune. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The duties will include general clerical duties, assisting in daily office needs, and managing the company's general administrative activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
Additional Skills and Qualifications
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Experience with travel arrangements and expense reports
- Experience with event planning and coordination
- Experience with document organization and filing systems
