Key Responsibility
- Prepare, manage, and maintain financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing.
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
- Support the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Process monthly employee salaries, ensuring accurate deductions and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Handle employee reimbursements, bonuses, and incentives.
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including procurement of office supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and contractors.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing systems (both physical and digital).
- Assist in preparing for internal and external audits.
- Maintain updated records of licenses, permits, and registrations.
- Support recruitment processes by coordinating interviews and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain employee records, leave tracking, and attendance systems.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities.
- Maintain records of office assets and ensure their proper usage.
- Track and manage inventory levels for office supplies.
