Administration Officer

Job requirements, skills and qualification

  • Any Bachelor's Degree
  • 3- 10 years of experience
  • Excellent communication skills

Job type: Full time, Language requirements: Malayalam, English good working knowledge

Job responsibilities

  • Managing office supplies stock and placing orders.
  • Preparing regular administrative report.
  • Facility Maintenance : Manage maintenance activities and liaise with external vendors
  • Ability to Communicate and Coordinate with other departments.
  • Monitor facilities and coordinate logistic
  • Staff Supervision : dispatch team management, maintenance team management, infrastructure management, coordinating the travel plans, allocation of drivers, overall administration of the company.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 15,000.00 - 45,000.00 per month
