Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Social insurance enrolment and withdrawal procedures
  • Maternity and paternity leave procedures
  • Management of the Health Management Committee
  • Advertising and interviews for Japanese employee's recruitment
  • Immigration and residency procedures, including real estate arrangements, for employees joining the company from abroad.
  • Arranging safety-related training for employees
  • Correspondence with Labour Unions
  • Analysis and handling of legal HR problems
  • Correspondence to the Labour Standards Inspection Office
Finance related duties
  • Online bank registration and approval
  • Correspondence with auto debit company
  • Correspondence with banks (payment of taxes, withdrawal of deposits, etc.)
  • Administrative support during accounting and tax audits
  • Confirmation of invoices
Administration related duties
  • Arrangements for the issue of various certificates
  • Daily answering of telephone calls to the school
  • Year-end tax adjustment procedures
  • Conducting medical checkup for employees
  • Doing contacts with suppliers and vendors
  • Hotel and transport arrangements for guests and international employees
  • Management of fixed assets
  • Management of contracts related to operations
  • Communications arrangements (mobile phones, internet, fixed-line phones, etc.)
  • Arrangements for the vendors to purchase
  • Recording and sorting out the incoming and outgoing posts.
Maintenance and inspection related duties
  • Arrangement of cleaning services
  • Arrangements for the care of plants and trees
  • Arrangements for repair and replacement of equipment
  • Arrangements for inter-campus or inner campus transfer of furniture
  • Maintenance of fire safety equipment.
School operation related duties Traffic control on after school
  • Arrangement of medical checkup for students
  • Organising the location of out-of-school activities (ECA, Sports Day, PE, Annual Day, Graduation, etc.)
  • Procedures and negotiations with the authorities for education and childcare
  • Negotiations with other local authorities
  • Responding to incidents (injuries, abuse, court cases, etc.)
  • Research and analysis for business expansion
  • PR work (media relations)
  • Issuance of ID cards annually
  • Arranging and managing evacuation drills.
