Roles and Responsibilities :-
- Manage and coordinate all administrative functions of the office
- Handle day-to-day office operations, including managing correspondence, emails, and phone calls
- Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, and ensure their proper functioning
- Manage travel arrangements and accommodations for staff
- Assist with the preparation and editing of documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain and update company databases and records
- Provide general administrative support to team members
- Forwarding the quotation to the clients.
Desired Candidate Profile:-
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience as an Admin Executive or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
