Key Responsibilities:
- Order Processing and Packaging:
- Receive, review, and prioritize orders for packing.
Prepare and pack orders according to specifications, ensuring accuracy and quality.- Label packages with correct shipping information.
- Inventory Management:
- Manage product inventory & maintain record of product in and out.
Monitor stock levels of packing materials and supplies.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure an adequate supply of product and packaging materials.
Conduct periodic inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Shipping Coordination:
- Liaise with shipping carriers or couriers to arrange pickups and deliveries.
Generate shipping labels and documentation accurately.
- Track shipments and resolve any issues related to delays or damages.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain detailed records of packed orders, including tracking numbers, shipping dates, and customer information.
Process invoices, packing slips, and related paperwork.- Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure seamless operations.
- Quality Control:
- Conduct quality checks on packed orders to ensure they meet company standards.
Address any packaging errors or issues promptly.
- Office Management:
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, calls, mail).- Maintain office organization and cleanliness.
Skills and Qualifications:- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Attention to detail and accuracy.- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Discretion with confidential information.
- Previous experience in an administrative role may be preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling orders.
Education:- Bachelors degree from a reputed university
Diploma or equivalent is typically required.
- Additional certification or coursework in office administration or related fields can be beneficial.

Monday - Friday - 10:00 - 6:30
Saturday - 10:00 - 2:00
