Administration/Educational Counselor

Description

We are seeking an Administration/Educational Counselor with 0-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This position will be based in India.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and maintaining records
• Assist with student enrollment, including advising students on program options, course selection, and financial aid
• Coordinate with faculty and staff to ensure smooth program delivery and student support
• Develop and maintain relationships with local schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders
• Plan and execute events, workshops, and other educational activities to promote the program and engage with the community
• Conduct research and analysis to inform program development and improvement

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, business administration, or a related field
• 0-3 years of experience in education or administration
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with the Indian education system and job market
