Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to manage daily office operations and ensure a smooth and efficient working environment. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of administrative tasks, supporting the team and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

  • Requirements:
Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.
Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and financial tasks.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
  • Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office operations, including handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including coordinating orientation and preparing workstations.
Ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Support the HR department with tasks such as maintaining employee records and managing time-off requests.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination, including company meetings and employee events.
