Job Title: Admin/Sales Executive
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin/Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks and support the sales team in achieving targets. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills to ensure efficient office operations and successful sales processes.
- Key Responsibilities:Administrative Duties:
Manage daily office operations, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.- Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications with professionalism.
Maintain and update company databases and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare and process documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.- Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and appointments.
Manage travel arrangements and itineraries for staff as required.
- Ensure office cleanliness and organization.
Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and objectives.
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.
Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.- Follow up with leads and prospects to schedule meetings and product demonstrations.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute sales campaigns and promotions.- Assist in the creation and distribution of sales and marketing materials.
Attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay updated on products and services.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
