Job Description

Managing Admin team.

Budgeting and monitoring of various cost elements.

Prepare MIS for management reviews.

Checking and certifying vendor invoices for payment approvals.

Sourcing, Negotiating, Executing & Managing contracts.

Vendor Management.

Compliance with Municipality, Labor Laws & all other governing regulations.

Liaison with govt. & non-govt. bodies as required

Handling and supervision of Housekeeping, Security, Cafeteria, Repair & Maintenance.

Managing Mobility/communication Landlines, Mobile connections, etc.

Explore and recommend best practices, automation, upgradation in existing processes, infrastructure, system, etc.
