Job Description

Office Management: Ensure the office is well-maintained, organized, and equipped with necessary supplies. Oversee administrative staff and assign tasks to ensure all duties are carried out efficiently. Manage office budgets and handle financial transactions related to administrative expenses. Coordinate the maintenance and repair of office equipment and facilities.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to management and other departments as needed. Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents. Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and manage email communication.
Client and Vendor Relations: Communicate with clients, suppliers, and service providers to manage contracts and agreements. Maintain strong relationships with external partners to ensure reliable service delivery.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to. Maintain and update administrative records and databases. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and training sessions.mManage logistics for company gatherings, ensuring all details are taken care of.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 300,
  • 00 - 360,000.00 per year

    Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday


Experience:
  • Administrator: 5 years (Preferred)
