Designation: HR & Admin Experience Criteria
- Minimum 1 Years in Event Management Industry handling HR & Admin _OR_
HR background academically _OR
_- Minimum 2 years experience in HR & Admin role
Providing administrative support to the employees.- Processing employee data, updating company policies and implementing the system
Maintaining employee personal records & data base (keeping track record of leaves etc.)
- Update regular reports and submit to the management
Supervise all travel & stay arrangements / approvals for employees- Maintain confidentiality of internal documentation
Notice the areas of improvement and provide suggestions to the management
- Strong personality to take decisions
Excellent organizational skills- Excellent communication skills
