Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

The Incumbent is responsible for most or all of the following areas:
  • Obtain supplier quotations and prepare cost comparison.
To register new Consultants/Supplier/ Contractor into eProDev.
  • Raise purchase order and process supplier invoice.
Coordinate and compile monthly landscape maintenance reports.
  • Prepare Monthly Wages Report & Staff Claims.
Filing hard copy (sales orders, invoices/cash bills, delivery orders, credit notes and related document) in physical files & soft copy in shared folders.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
To take instructions, be responsible and able to work independently.

Requirements:
  • SPM/STPM/O-Level /Diploma or equivalent
Basic skills in Microsoft Office, MS Word and Excel.
  • Good spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Self-motivated and positive attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,
  • 00 - RM3,000.00 per month
