Our organization is in search of an Administrative Executive to oversee office management and
procurement activities. The ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while managing intricate
schedules and providing administrative support is crucial for this role.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Coordinate daily schedules and appointments for the executive team.
Manage all incoming and outgoing communications such as emails, phone calls, and letters.
Provide support to various departments within the company including Human Resources, finance,
and marketing.
Create and revise correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Oversee office supplies and equipment by ordering and replenishing stock.
Organize events, meetings, and conferences.
Take dictations accurately and record minutes during meetings.
Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs.
Establish an effective documentation and filing system.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree is a prerequisite.
No experience required.
Proficiency in MS Office particularly Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
