Executive Administration, who must be a self-motivated, energetic, resourceful individual is required to assist supervisor or Admin Manager in day to day admin deliverables at site level.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and execution of company events, employee engagement sessions.
- Coordinate both virtual and in-person in vendors.
- Handle team of security guards, housekeeping, drivers, etc.
- Made travel & stay arrangements for employees & management team.
- Maintain consumables inventory like stationery, Tea/coffee vending machine, toiletries, grocery, gift items, etc.
- Responsible for monitoring, managing all facilities related issues including all repairs and maintenance works.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree required
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Administration
- Basic computer skills with knowledge of word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Good communication skills, with the ability to convey the ideas.
- Resourceful, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and under pressure, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
