Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent, with relevant administrative work experience preferred.
Required language(s): Fluent in English & Mandarin are preferred.- Fresh graduates are welcome.
Proficiency in using office software such as the Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills, able to remain calm under pressure and tackle challenges
Assisting in managing and maintaining the daily operations of the office, including file management, procurement of supplies, and maintenance of office equipment.
- Handling daily phone and email communications, as well as inquiries from clients or vendors
Assisting in the development and updating of company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance by employees.- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, booking conference rooms, and providing necessary support and materials.
