Job Description:

• Supervisingdailyhousekeepingoperations and ensure compliance with all policies, standards, and procedures act as liaison to coordinate the efforts ofHousekeeping, Laundry and Front Office.
• WorkingeffectivelywithEngineeringto ensureproductupkeepandupliftment.
• Monitoring and developing team members by providing supervision, scheduling, conductingcounsellingevaluations and deliver recognitions and reward
• Monitoring,compilationandrequisitioningofperiodicinventoriesforfixedassetsandoperationalsupplies.
• Staffrosterandallocationmanagementinaccordancewithbusinessdemands,ensuringexceptionalcustomerservice
• Responsibleforeffectivecustomerrelationswithinin-houseguests in different locations.
• Understandthe impactofdepartment'soperationsonthe overall property financial goalsandobjectives and manageto achieve or exceed budgeted goals.
• Recruit,interview,andtrainnewteammembers.
• Observe service behaviors of employees, provide feedback to individuals and participate in employee performance appraisal process.
• Ensuringavailabilityofresourcesforsmoothoperations.
