Manage logistics, including venue booking, catering, and equipment setup.
- Assist with budgeting and financial record-keeping.
Process invoices, expenses, and reimbursements.- Monitor office expenditures and ensure compliance with budgetary guidelines.
Assist with HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
Handle employee queries related to administrative matters.- Facilitate effective communication within the office and with external stakeholders.
Draft and proofread communications, including memos and reports.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and standards.- Address and resolve administrative issues promptly.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
- Maintain and troubleshoot office technology, including computers, printers, and phone systems.
