The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to a team, managing a variety of tasks to ensure seamless support and contributing to the effective day to day running of the team
Job Description:
Key responsibilities:
Traveldesk -Domestic and International ticketing and hotel bookings for all DGS entities
Documentation and Co-ordination for visa processing
Rental car booking as per day to day requirement
Timely Bill processing checking all invoices and processing the same for payment, coordinating
with vendors for bill related queries and resolve the issues, following up with finance for payment
and providing payment details to vendors
Following up for car and driver details and tracking the guests pick up and drops
Coordinating for international guest airport pick up and drops at odd hours
Timely updation of all trackers
Checking and getting credit cards statements approved
Arranging train tickets, forex card and cash through designated vendors and processing their
invoices
Event Management experience is needed specifically must have dealt with ordering various
cuisines for Guest, arranging last minute cabs, handling high level guests with best presentable
food, table set up ideas, meeting set up ideas etc.
should be ready to accept any other project requirements as and when needed
