Recruitment - Talent Acquisition for all requirement from Management

Joining and Induction of Staff employees, Training management, Payroll, employee travel.

PT, ESIC, PF calculation and payment

Payroll

General plant and people administration.

Recruitment of operator through contractor / direct as per departmental needs

PPE of all employees Support to Accounts and statutory related activities

Set and ensure delivery against set of metrics including: Recruitment and Attrition rate
