Responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks. Provides support to employees, customers, and visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, and ensure that they are in good working order.
- Coordinate scheduling and meetings, and make arrangements for travel and accommodations as needed.
- Greet and assist visitors, and answer and direct phone calls as needed.Requirements:
- Experience in an administrative support role, with a track record of delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees, customers, and visitors.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other common office software, including email and calendar applications.
