Requirements

  • At least 27 years of age and above
  • Computer Literate (Microsoft Office)
  • Bachelor's degree graduate
  • Efficient operation of the office Female
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries with management advice.
  • Proven experience (at least 5 years)as an administrative assistant or relevant role.
  • Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Manage and maintain files, records, and databases (monitoring)
  • Excellent verbal and writing communication skills.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Proficient in Ms Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Handle incoming and outgoing documents and emails
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively
  • Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing and filing.
