Job Description

_Benefits Summary:_
  • This is a full time permanent position
Basic Salary RM2,500 - RM3,500
  • Medical Claims, Medical Insurance, Medical Leaves, Annual Leaves, Performance Bonus, Monthly Allowances, Dynamic Environment, Supportive Management, Company Overseas Trips and Events etc.
Working Hours: Monday-Friday:
  • 30am-6.30pm
  • Working Location: Kota Damansara (Walking distance from MRT Station)

Our client, a reputable
Real Estate Firm that is one of the market leaders in real estate industry and they have been growing rapidly over the years due to the market demand. They are currently seeking for more passionate Business Development Admin to join their big family. As part of the company, you will work with their sales team to provide administrative assistance for the department.

_Responsibilities:_
  • Maintain and arrange company training programs
Assist with business development project progress
  • Handle sales agent inquiries
Collaborate in organizing company events
  • Analyze competitive landscape and industry developments
Align business development plans with the companys overall strategy
  • Prepare regular reports on business development progress and outcomes
Prepare and submit accurate sales reports to the team leader
  • Manage ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned
Assist with administration matters in the department when necessary
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the company sometimes

_Additional Information/ Requirement:_
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mentality
  • Strong organizational skills coupled with a creative mindset
Possess experience in planning and customer service will be an added advantage
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
Proactive and willing to learn
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva will be an added advantage
