Job Title: Admin and Sales

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Manage and organize sales documentation and contracts.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date customer database.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for the sales team.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations.
- Handle incoming inquiries and provide information to clients and prospects.
Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team in lead generation and follow-up processes.
- Coordinate the logistics of sales meetings and events.
- Process orders and maintain accurate records of sales transactions.
- Support the development and implementation of sales strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure alignment on campaigns and promotions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is plus point.
- Good in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
