Job Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Admin/HR Executive with 1-2 years of experience to support our administrative and human resources functions. The ideal candidate will have a blend of organizational skills and HR knowledge to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining office supplies, managing correspondence, and organizing meetings.
- Assist in HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee record maintenance.
Support payroll processing and manage employee attendance and leave records.- Coordinate employee engagement activities and handle grievance management.
Manage vendor relationships and assist in procurement and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and company policies.
Provide support in organizing training sessions and performance review processes.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Basic knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
