As an Admin & Accountant at [Your Company Name], you will be responsible for a blend of administrative and accounting duties. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of office functions and maintaining accurate financial records.
_Administrative Duties:_
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring that all resources are adequately stocked.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls and emails.
Maintain and update office filing systems, both electronic and physical.- Provide general administrative support to management and staff as needed.
_Accounting Duties:_- Perform day-to-day accounting tasks including accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.
Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office manager, or similar role.- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Zoho Books) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
