Description
Aditya Birla Life Insurance is seeking a Banca Channel Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through the Banca Channel, developing relationships with new and existing clients, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the Banca Channel
- Drive sales and revenue growth through the Banca Channel
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and objectives
- Identify and exploit opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products and services
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closure
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 1-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good knowledge of insurance products and services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
