The Role:
We're looking for an Ad Strategist with about a year of experience to join our team. You'll be responsible for designing and running ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram. You'll collaborate with our creative and analytics teams to make sure our campaigns are driving the best possible results for our clients.
What You'll Do:
- Create and run effective digital ad campaigns that meet client goals across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Research the target audience, analyze competitor strategies, and develop creative ad plans that stand out.
- Track and optimize campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure maximum impact.
- Work with our creative team to make sure the ads look great and tell the right story.
- Communicate with clients, sharing campaign insights and making recommendations for improvement.
- Keep up with the latest trends in digital marketing and find new ways to improve our campaigns.
What We're Looking For:
- Around 1 year of hands-on experience running digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, etc.).
- A solid understanding of how ad targeting works and the metrics that matter for measuring success.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to spot trends and adjust strategies based on data.
- Good communication skills you should be comfortable collaborating with team members and clients.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once while staying organized.
