We are looking for an experienced Crew Support to join our video shoot team. You will perform a variety of administrative tasks related to shoots.
A crew support staff member in a video shoot team plays a crucial role in ensuring that the production runs smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Logistical Support:
- Setting up and breaking down equipment, sets, and props.
- Assisting with transportation of crew, cast, and equipment to and from locations.
- Managing the schedule, ensuring everyone is where they need to be at the right time.
- On-Set Assistance:
- Providing help to various departments (e.g., camera, lighting, sound) as needed.
- Running errands, such as fetching supplies, food, or drinks for the crew.
- Assisting with crowd control, ensuring that the set remains safe and secure.
- Communication:
- Relaying messages between different departments or between the director and crew.
- Keeping track of shot lists, call sheets, and other important documents.
- Coordinating with external vendors or services (e.g., catering, transportation).
- General Assistance:
- Helping with costume, makeup, or other preparation for actors.
- Providing general support to the director, producers, or other key crew members.
- Maintaining a clean and organized set, ensuring all equipment and materials are stored properly.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as shoot team member
- In-depth understanding of Ad shoots
- Working knowledge of equipment's used in shoots.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- High School degree or a additional qualification will be a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 15,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month
