We are a UK-based company that matches the finest remote talent with businesses in the UK, Europe, USA and Australia. As part of this, we find and interview remote talent worldwide and introduce them to businesses. If the business approves of a candidate, the candidate is employed by us and assigned to the business as one of our GrowthBuddies. We work with start-ups in various segments; some of our current customers specialise in mental health, fintech and marketing.
Role type: Fully remote (3pm - 12am IST)
Salary range: 5 - 8L per year
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Support:
- Conduct quality assurance (QA) on every client reporting deck to ensure data accuracy.
- Provide high-level reporting, analysis, and baseline observations for weekly reports.
- Create and maintain internal documents to drive operational efficiencies, such as budget trackers and client onboarding documents.
Project Management:
- Track team tasks and project timelines using Asana, ensuring all upcoming tasks are clearly outlined and monitored.
Execution:
- Assist with search term analyses to optimise ad performance.
- Manage and create presentation decks for client meetings and internal reporting.
- Process repeatable tasks in the Google Ads platform, focusing on analysis to enhance campaign performance.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Director to provide operational support and assist in driving team efficiencies.
- Help the team stay organised and focused on delivering high-quality results.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Basic understanding and familiarity with Google Ads, including experience with campaign management.
- Experience with Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Asana.
