What you will do:
Assist in managing the AD Exchange, RTB, and XML business.
Perform basic quality assurance tasks.
Support the team in resolving Adops and technical issues related to ad serving.
Help resolve customer queries under the supervision of senior team members.
Coordinate with internal teams (tech/product/sales, etc.) to assist in resolving their issues.
Contribute to optimizing ad revenue for the Ad Tech Business.
Help manage tickets and priorities.
Participate in ad hoc reporting requests and provide creative solutions to technical questions.
Support the creation and maintenance of a Knowledge Base (KB) and canned responses for common queries.
Requirements
Basic understanding of Digital Advertising.
A foundational knowledge of Ad Operations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A data-driven mindset with a willingness to learn and optimize.
Enthusiasm for digital advertising and a desire to build a career in the ad operations field.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced work setting.
