As part of our growth strategy, we are expanding our Ad Monetization team to enhance our advertising capabilities and optimize revenue streams.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Ad Monetization Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and creating reports for multiple brands within our fashion e-commerce platform. The primary focus will be on monetized banners, in-app ads, Google Ads, CRM and paid media ads on meta/SC/Tik Tok. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of digital advertising trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis and Reporting - Analyze performance metrics of various ad formats including monetized banners, in-app ads, Google Ads, CRM and paid media ads on meta/SC/Tik Tok. Create comprehensive reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Optimization Strategies - Collaborate with the Ad Monetization team to develop and implement optimization strategies for maximizing revenue from different advertising channels. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve ad monetization efforts.
- Brand Collaboration: Work closely with multiple brands to understand their advertising goals and objectives. Provide recommendations and insights to brands on how to enhance their advertising presence on our platform.
- Ad Platform Management: Manage and optimize ad placements across various platforms, including Google Ads, CRM and paid media ads on meta/SC/Tik Tok., to ensure maximum visibility and effectiveness.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and track the performance of ad campaigns, providing regular updates to stakeholders. Identify areas for improvement and implement adjustments to enhance overall campaign performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in ad monetization, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Familiarity with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, CRM and paid media ads on meta/SC/Tik Tok. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Knowledge of the fashion industry and e-commerce trends is a plus.
