Role Objective
The incumbent will be responsible for finance controllership and direction for the Fintech entity of Moglix
Role Responsibilities
Fulresponsibility of finance and accounting function, including cost accounting, book closing, inventory management, audits, financiacontrols and compliances for multiple legaentities.
- Handling audits and interface with compliance matters, including corporate matters.
- Support business from a financiaviewpoint including profitability analysis, margin profiling and other financiaanalytics needs.
- Dealing with Banks
- Co-own the Pand KPIs along with Business Heads.
- Anchor monthly performance reviews with Sales / Segment Heads
- Monitoring Asset Liability mismatch
- Working with Tech Team for Building Financials Products and its impact monitoring
- Drive operationaexcellence through deep-dive analytics
- Prepare crisp presentations and creative visualizations explaining financiabusiness results

Qualification Experience
Essential/ Desirable
Work Experience
- 10+ years of experience in Business finance/ controllership role, leading finance teams in Banks, NBFC.
- Exposure to financial reporting standards, financial analysis, tax regulations, laws and any other compliance requirements
- Should have exposure to ERP systems such as Tally, SAP, Oracle Netsuit etc.
